Executive Chairman
As the Executive Chairman of the Courtney Jordan Foundation, Mr. Jordan shapes and approves the Foundation’s strategies, advocates for global issues, and directs its mission to address the world’s most pressing challenges, including poverty, by dedicating 82% of his net worth to sustainable solutions. Dr. Mackenzie Robinson
CEO, Board Member
Mac leads the Foundation’s mission to empower communities worldwide and guides philanthropic strategy across Courtney Jordan’s global investments in her dual role as Executive Vice President of Philanthropy and Corporate Citizenship for Neyius, a family office equity firm that manages Courtney Jordan’s holdings and investments.
Alexsei Vanovich
CFO, Board Member
Alexsei “Blaine” Vanovich serves as CFO and Board Member of the Foundation, overseeing all financial strategy and stewardship. He also holds a dual role as Chief Financial Officer at Neyius, the family office equity firm managing Courtney Jordan’s global portfolio of investments and holdings.
Sebastian Eyrich
Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary
Bash serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Foundation, where he ensures legal integrity and governance. He also holds a dual role as Senior General Counsel at Neyius, the family office equity firm managing Courtney Jordan’s global investments and holdings.
Noah Burch
COO + Executive Director
Noah serves as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of the Foundation, overseeing operations and program execution to drive impact and sustainability.
Stephen Dennis
President, Global Development
Stephen serves as President of Global Development, leading the Foundation’s international expansion and spearheading efforts to create sustainable impact worldwide.
Davis Whitney
Chief Strategy Officer
Davis plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving the organization’s long-term vision and mission. With a keen focus on strategic development, Davis leads the planning and execution of initiatives that ensure the Foundation’s programs are both sustainable and scalable, optimizing their global impact.
Davis oversees the Strategy and Innovation Department, where he works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify emerging opportunities, streamline operations, and evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing projects.
Kristen Picot
President, North American Operations

Kristen Picot drives the Foundation’s mission across North America, leading operations, forging strategic partnerships, and aligning programs with global priorities. Committed to equity, she expands CJF’s impact and creates life-changing opportunities.
